B-phone is a contemporary competitor to the traditional radio system baby monitoring devices, because the working range of the B-phone system is unlimited – it operates using the mobile operator network. That means parents do not have to carry with them special device—all they need is a mobile phone. Small and compact, the B-phone device reacts to sound and/or movement in the baby’s room and transmits to one or more telephone numbers. In addition, one can call the device from a cell phone, thus allowing the user to hear what is happening in the baby’s room, and even talk to him/her.
